When user enter time gets the following message :
You can not charge to this project because charge are not allowed from the provide business unit to this project

"You cannot charge to this project because charges are not allowed from the provider business unit to this project"

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter time card details
2. Submit and receive error


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot submit time cards
