Goal

Customer has Onpremise Oracle Service Bus instance which is connecting to Oracle Sales Cloud. They are having connectivity issue to connect to oracle sales cloud.

This environment was working earlier without any issue and now suddenly we are getting errors the service not available , SSL errors etc.

The only diference was Akamai enablement for the environment
