Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Leads, Sales Campaigns

When  click Qualification Tab the ADF error is coming.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Lead Record
2. Click Qualification Tab
3. ADF Error appeared
