Goal

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households
how to merge sheets into one sheet when I want to create an contact?

There are two fields in Mobile Phone:"Phone area code" and "Phone", I want only "phone" field displayed and
get rid of "phone area code" field.
The same, there are three fields in Work Phone and Fax:I want only "phone" field displayed and
get rid of "phone area code" field and "phone extension number"
Could you please tell me how to get rid of these fields?
