ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Social Security Number (SSN) is not displayed on the NJ tax form in Self Service

State of New Jersey - Division of Taxation - Employee’s Withholding Allowance Certificate (Form NJ-W4)


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to be able to see the employee's Social Security Number on the NJ Employee’s Withholding Allowance Certificate (Form NJ-W4)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Person Number 'XXXXX'

1. Click on 'Personal Information'.
2. Click on 'My Details'.
3. Choose Payroll.
4. Click on 'Manage Tax Withholding'.
5. Leave Effective Date as today's date.
6. Choose edit. No SSN displays.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view the employee's Social Security Number on the Employee’s Withholding Allowance Certificate (Form NJ-W4)
This also prevents the employee from being able to verify their SSN information is correct on the form
