Adding Contacts From Previous Campaigns To Sales Campaigns Not Possible

On : version, Leads, Sales Campaigns

When attempting to add contacts to Sales Campaign,
the following error occurs.

MessageName must not be null.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create a new sales campaign
2. add contacts
3. go to previous campaigns
4. select campaign by campaign name
5. select all contacts

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add contacts from previous campaigns.
