Cannot Create Receipt Class And Methods (Doc ID 2187651.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Cannot create Receipt Class and Methods as the following exception is experienced:

 

You must complete all of the required fields in the Automatic Processing tab
of all receipt methods belonging to an Automatic receipt class. (AR-856917)


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to be able to create a Customer Payment Method in the application without exceptions

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. I use task "Manage Receipt Classes and Methods", create "Receipt Class"

2. I create first "Receipt Method" then save, the process was success

3. I try to create second "Receipt Method" then try to save, BUT there is
error
You must complete all of the required fields in the Automatic Processing tab
of all receipt methods belonging to an Automatic receipt class. (AR-856917)

4. I found it because of field "Customer Payment Method" disabled.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create Payment Methods for debit functionality.
