On : NA version, Rules Engine

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
EE Condition 'Call Status:Visitor Is Not Currently On Call' Evaluating Incorrectly

EE Rule evaluates as TRUE even if the visitor is currently on a call.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Rule evaluates as False as visitor is currently on a call.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into EE Editor.
2. Create 3 rules with following condition to run in order as shown below on test page:
  >Rule 1: On Demand - Call Status -Visitor is currently on Call
  >Rule 2: On Demand - Call Status -Visitor has previously called within' x' time.
  >Rule 3: On Demand - Call Status -Visitor is not currently on Call
3. Launch test page.
4. Click call button to connect call.
5. Refresh browser while call active.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, end-users can be shown an invite even if already on a call.
