ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Tax Levy Deduction Going Over Limit / Goal Amount
An employee who was assigned a Tax Levy (Regional) with a goal amount entered, however the goal amount (limit) was not recognized and the employee was over-deducted on their Tax Levy.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the Tax Levy to stop when the Total Owed is reached
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Involuntary Deduction Card and Payroll Calculation.
Total Owed for State Tax Levy = 520.00
YTD shown for State tax Levy = 877.36
Pay Run shows 200.18
