Symptoms

Issue description:

When Integrating Eloqua with OSC if a field in Eloqua is defined as a Check-box field that is configured to have the "value for checked = Y" and the "value for unchecked = N"

the synchronization will trigger the below error :

The object [N], of class [class java.lang.String], could not be converted to [class java.lang.Boolean].

Issue verification:

Issue can be verified by checking that definition of the Eloqua field is set have the value for checked = "Y" and the value for unchecked = "N"
