Unable To Remove Deleted User From Share in Oracle Documents Cloud Service (Doc ID 2188814.1)

In Documents Cloud, when attempting to remove a user from the share after the user has been deleted from the domain, the following error occurs.

Unable to remove user from the hierarchical members object on folder

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add a user as a viewer to a folder.
2. Remove that user from the list of users in the domain from the Dashboard
3. Try to remove the user from Folder Share.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, non-existent users cannot be removed from folder shares.
