Fusion Global HR: White / blank screen appearing when accessing application from saved link

You are having users receiving a blank white screen after logging in from a link which they have saved on their Favourites in their browser. Log in work successfully but then they are faced with a blank white screen. Only resolution at present seems to be to ask user to clear their cache/history on browser an then access the site again but a direct link rather than the one in their Favourites.
Users should be able to save the link to the application and access it successfully.
