Adding Partner Contact Not Working (Doc ID 2189163.1)

Symptoms

Unable to add an existing contact as a Partner contact.

Steps to reproduce the issue,

1. Take an existing Account, Convert it to an Active Partner.
2. Access the Partner, go to Partner Contact Subtab, you will find 2 Option 'Add Contacts', 'Create Partner Contacts'
3. Add Contact pops up a search screen which list out all available contact under corresponding account.
4. Select one out of them, Click on OK
Nothing happens.

In this case the corresponding contact should be shown under Partner Contact.
