Goal

How to extract all the 'APPROVED' absences which includes absence of status 'SUBMITTED' and 'WITHDRAWN', which includes any addition/change/deletion of absence records from last pay period to current pay period. The extract is returning any 'SUBMITTED' and 'WITHDRAWN' absences, but when the absence record is deleted or rescheduled to some other days then the deleted records are not coming in extract output. The deleted absence records are deleting from table itself and new dates are stored. In this case the extract is not capturing that record, as no deleted records exist in the table.

In real scenario, an employee can delete or reschedule the absences as per his or her wish and it is a legitimate scenario. Business would like to handle this in HCM Extract.
