Symptoms

 Actual Behavior
----------------------
For journal entries via a spreadsheet Fusion is allowing to enter negative values in the debit or credit column, and then accepting these for posting.

Expected Behavior
----------------------
Application should not allow to enter negative values and deny for posting the same

Steps Reproduce
---------------------
- Download Import Journal Spreadsheet
- Enter negative value for Debit and Credit
- Post it from spreadsheet.
