Symptoms


Can't create records in custom object after R11 upgrade

Experiencing a problem trying to create a new record for a custom object.

The object name is "Parametrização de Território" under Sales Application.

When try to create a new record, got a error ADF "ADF_FACES-60097:For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #14".


Tried in Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and Firefox. All got the error.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Parametrização de Território object.
2. Create a new record.
3. ADF Error is thrown.
