Expected result: Users should be able to create a new Action Item record without incident.
Actual result: When users try to create a new record, or enter a new value into an existing record, the following Unifier Notification is thrown: The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases. Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems.
