Fusion INV: Unable to Perform Return Against a Transfer Order

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Transfer Orders are not available for return in return receipt UI when trying to perform a return against material received through transfer order. Here are steps to reproduce -
1) Navigate to Warehouse Operations -> Receipts
2) Open task "Return Receipts"
3) Search for Transfer Order number
