Unable To Add To MKL_LEAD_ASSESSMENT_TEMPLATE

Unable to Add to MKL_LEAD_ASSESSMENT_TEMPLATE
Customer is trying to enable an additionally created lead template to the MKL_LEAD_ASSESSMENT_TEMPLATE table but it is not allowing to do so since there is already one set at the profile level "Site" .
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance
2.search for Manage Administrator Profile Values task and go to the task
3.Search for MKL_LEAD_ASSESSMENT_TEMPLATE
