Request for Bid Vendor Is Stuck in Password Reset Loop

Information in this document applies to any platform.
A Vendor has been invited to Bid.
The Vendor logs in to Unifier and are asked to reset their password.
After resetting the password, when the Vendor enters the new password and attempt to login, the Vendor is asked to reset again.
This cycle repeats and the vendor is never able to submit a Bid.
