Why Isn't the Administrator Seeing the Same Columns (Fields) as Other Users in the Project Listing in Instantis EnterpriseTrack?

When the Application Administrator (app_admin) navigates to the the Project Listing view in Instantis EnterpriseTrack, some columns are not visible and are not available to be added.
