Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

When attempting to synchronize,
the following error occurs.

Collisions detected: Collision conflicts were detected during synchronization.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Outlook, synchronize
2. Error occurs
3.Collisions detected: Collision conflicts were detected during synchronization.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot synchronize product properly.
