Goal

When prepaid invoices are generated to flow to into Projects, they are not showing with invoices that are Paid on Project Expenditures/ Commitments.

(1) Are prepaid invoices expected to appear as imported costs in Projects?
(2) What's purpose of capturing the POET information in this situation?
