ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Users not able to view the Budget Numbers in FRS Report

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Consolidated Income Statement should display Current Month Budget Numbers

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Financial Reporting Center
2. Select Report with Accounting period and Scenario selected
3. Report generates but the budget column contains zero amounts

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view the report with the complete data
