ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Social Security Number (SSN) is not displayed completely on the NC Employee’s Withholding Allowance Certificate (Form NC-4) in Self Service

The SSN field is missing numbers in the NC-4 Tax Form display from Self Service.

The NC resident's SSN is showing on the tax form but only seven of the nine digits are being displayed.

The system is adding hyphens as a numeric value instead of taking the entire Social Security Number.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the employee's complete Social Security Number to be displayed on the NC Employee’s Withholding Allowance Certificate (Form NC-4) in Self Service


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

The SSN should be populated by the application from the Person record when you open the form to edit it.
It is not being added by the employee. The system is adding hyphens as a numeric value instead of taking the entire Social Security Number.
Our users verified that the form issue happens in Internet Explorer, Chrome and in Firefox.
