Delivered Report 'Manager Status' does not display results in R11 under Workforce Compensation

Enabled a couple of delivered reports available under Workforce Compensation for Line Managers to view data on a periodic basis for compensation plans. When testing the results for the reports, user identified one such reports 'Manager Status', displaying Java Null Pointer Exception error.

Also checked for the results of the same report in R10 and the same works fine there.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to My Team > Work force Compensation > Select the plan
2. Click on Reports on the right hand corner and click on Manager Status Report.
