Sales Rep Not Logging Into Mobilytics

When attempting to login as Sales Rep user in Mobilytics application, the following error occurs.

"An error occurred, try again".

A Sales Manager user can login just fine.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to login in Mobilytics as sales rep
Error occurs

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, sales rep cannot work on the application
