Timestamp Is Published Incorrectly for SUMACTUALFINISHDATE in P6WBS Extended Schema View

The timestamp for the SUMACTUALFINISH date field is publishing incorrectly to the P6WBS view. The timestamp is also incorrect in PROJECTX and the P6PROJECT view.
The timestamp is showing as 00:00:00 instead of the correct time as shown in P6 Web (example: 16:00:00).
As a result of this discrepancy, the SUMFINISHDATEVARIANCE in P6WBS is also incorrect. For example, it is showing 8.0h which is the difference in calendar work time between 16:00:00 (SUMBASELINEFINISHDATE) and 00:00:00 (SUMACTUALFINISHDATE) for the 8h calendar assigned to the task.
P6 Web GUI shows Finish Variance of "0" for ACTUAL FINISH vs. BL FINISH correctly when Date/Time stamp is the same for the two fields. For the same WBS element, BIP Report shows variance of "1" day for SUMACTUALFINISH vs. SUMBASELINEFINISH. PX views in database show the SUMBASELINEFINISHDATE was stored as <date> 17:00:00 , whereas the SUMACTUALFINISHDATE was stored as <date> 00:00:00 even though P6 GUI shows as <date> 05:00 PM
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log in to P6 and create a new project with one activity
2. Give the activity an Actual Start and Actual Finish
3. Create a baseline using a copy of the current schedule
4. Assign the baseline and select Publish for the baseline
5. Run the Global Publication jobs
6. Run project publication for this project and the BL
7. Run this query against the project / baseline
select sumactualfinishdate,sumbaselinefinishdate,sumfinishdatevariance from pxrptuser.p6wbs where projectobjectid=XXXX
You will notice that the timestamp for SUMACTUALFINISHDATE is 00:00:00 instead of the correct time such as 16:00:00.
