ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #3 (Doc ID 2191722.1)

Symptoms

1 Edit the contact -> Go to Activities tab -> Click Create Task

2. Create the task, Click Save and Continue (not Save and Close !!!)

3. Once the task is created click on Account Name

4. an error is displayed: ADF_FACES-60097:For more information, please see
the server's error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096:Server
