When Upgrading "Error 53012 : A duplicate Activity name exists for Root-level Activity " Displays, And Is In Conflict With Creation Of Activity Template in Instantis EnterpriseTrack

When attempting to Validate Configuration to ensure upgraded account will be able to change mode back to production, the following error occurs.
Error 53012 : A duplicate Activity name exists for Root-level Activity << configured name of Activity Template >>
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. System Configurator runs Validate Configuration
2. Error 53012 presents
3. When researching the Activity template in question is a "word copy" but not a "Capitalization copy"
NOTE: The Activity Template will display a message if the "Capitalization is identical"
A new Activity Template was created, and the case was changed, but the actual name matched the name of another Activity Template.
