R11 Associating Custom record To Account in M:M Relationship Not Possible (Doc ID 2191818.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

R11 Associating Custom record To Account in M:M Relationship Not Possible


Logged with a Data Steward and trying to add a record from a custom object to an Account it is not possible. The relationship is M:M
Working before the upgrade to R11.
The user is within the Account Team (full access) - no Territories are assigned.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It should be possible to add the custom records to accounts

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Logged with user with correct resposabilities
2.In the Details Layout of account Check Error 14
3.Subtab Custom Child Object with M:M
4.Click the Add button and select one record
5.Click Apply and Done
6.No record is added to the subtab

Due to this issue, users cannot associate custom records to accounts.
