Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, CX Integration
The customer is configuring the integration between Oracle Sales Cloud and Eloqua using the new REST APIs based integration and they are unable to create Actions or Imports.

Performing the Describe on the following REST API endpoints resulted in Content Encoding Error.
