Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Employee X does not appear in the search results in "Search and Select: New manager" popup, when trying to transfer to him the Performance Document of employee Y, that is currently in progress and managed by employee Z.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

See employee X in the search results in "Search and Select: New manager" popup, when trying to transfer a performance document to him.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Connect as the manager Z of the employee Y and go the “Transfer Performance Documents” task
2. Search for the employee Y’s performance document, then select the row and click on the button “Transfer”
3. Look for the employee X and click on the link “More” to access the advanced search
4. Enter the name of the employee X and click on the button “Search”:
5. The employee X is not displayed while he has an active work relationship.
