Symptoms

When launching Visualizer from within P6 Professional (where the P6 Professional Cloud Connect driver type is in use), Visualizer takes an excessive amount of time to display.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Configure P6 Professional to utilize the P6 Professional Cloud Connect driver.
  2. Login to P6 Professional.
  3. Select Tools > Visualizer from the menu.
  4. Note the excessive amount of time it takes for the application to display.
