Unable to Edit Requisition DFF after Deploying (Doc ID 2192979.1)

On : version, Self Service Procurement Configuration

Customer created a Requisition DFF on the distribution line and deployed it. Also personalized the requisition screen to add the DFF field. After doing both of these, Customer was expecting that the DFF would appear and will be able to edit the DFF and choose the value from the LOV but it was not working as expected. DFF appears only when Customer saved the Requisition and then re-open the requisition but was not able to Edit the DFF.
