Information in this document applies to any platform.
Users need the Action History feature to include the Manager response to 'Request Information'.
- Logged in as Top level Manager
- Under Approvals tab, click on Manager name
- Click on Action History
- After Lower level Manager replies to the mail, an FYI notification is sent to the Top level Manager showing the comments.
- This reply is not included in the Action History.
Requirement: Can we include the reply received from the Lower level Manager in the Action history.
