Enhancement Request: Limit Number Of Records That Can Be Exported (Doc ID 2193374.1)

Goal

Audit Requirement needed for all the pages in Sales where the Export button is available (for example Sales Accounts and Contacts)

Data export from Oracle Sales Cloud can be initiated by:
 Lists (including search result lists)
 Reports
 Standard Export
Users can not see the history of their own List-based exports. No documentation / history of exports based on Reports is provided by Oracle Sales Cloud.
Administrators:
 Have access to standard “Data Export” history but they do not know who has initiated that export and whether tehy will be available for an year or not.
 Have no access to other users List-based exports
 Have no access to other users Reports-based Exports
To allow data protection and according the new GDPA regulations in Europe coming in 2018, we need a monitoring possibility of downloads elements, especially personal data like customer and contact information. This has to include all downloads regardless of kind: Report or List or standard downloads.

Client Requirement:

1. Limitation of download size:
by User Limitation of any export to 0 / 50 / 500 / 5000 / unlimited records

(Alternatively: By Role activate “Export limitation” privilege which would restrict any download to max. 500 records)

2. Monitoring of downloads:
The system shall generate a central audit trail / logging of list-based, standard and Report-based data exports by any user. This history shall contain all information which is available today for “Data Export” history.
Access to this history may be granted in line with existing “Data Export” history or separate Privilege.
The List shall be sortable / filterable (support List designer). In particular:
 Filterable by #records exported
 User who initiated the export
 Type of export (standard, list, report)
 Object (not possible for Reports…replaced by SubjectArea?)
 Date

- Entries cannot be edited / deleted from the history
- Data (attachments) has to be kept for 1 year
- Entries have to be kept without time-limitation
