Fusion-Taleo: Removing a Manager User Role in HCM Does Not Remove the User Type in Taleo (Doc ID 2193425.1)

Symptoms

In Fusion HCM somebody is updated to no longer be a manager (User Role), but after the Fusion-Taleo synchronization that person still has the equivalent User Type in Taleo.

Changes

 In Fusion, manager User Role is removed from somebody and then the Fusion-Taleo synchronization is run.
