Error when trying provide feedback on performance review
Manager asks for a feedback on an employee from Manage Participant Feedback task from a PEER and an Internal Employee. Both PEER and Internal employee try to access the feedback form an error pops up and stops the process.
Screen shots with details are provided with this SR.
Please advise how to move forward with fixing this error and getting feedback from other employees on a performance review.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manager’s view of the performance document for Employee
2 Manager adds 2 participants for the feedback. One is a PEER and another is an Internal employee.
3. When Internal employee logs in and clicks on the Begin button under My Feedbacks, below error on screenshot appears on the screen and process errors.
4. When PEER logs in and clicks on the Begin button under My Feedbacks, below error on screenshot appears on the screen and process errors.
