On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Performance Management

How can you change what report is shown by default when a manager navigates to the My organization tab on My Team performance page?

When a manager navigates to the My Organization tab in Performance, the Ratings Distribution report is still defaulted. How can you switch the default to My Organization Performance Summary?
