Claim Digger Option Does Not Appear in Citrix When P6 Professional Is Installed Using Click Once

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Claim Digger tool is not available in the P6 Professional application hosted on Citrix server when P6 was installed using Click Once.
Claim Digger should be listed in the Tools menu.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Citrix
2. Launch P6 Professional and login
3. Go to Tools menu
4. Claim Digger entry is missing
