Symptoms

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User does not have visibility to accounts

Accounts appear to be assigned to user in BI; however when logged in as user- user does not have any accounts assigned.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to see her accounts

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OSC
2. Navigate to Accounts
3. No accounts are visible.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see their accounts.
