Calendar: "Create" and "Edit" access to only specific users (Doc ID 2194441.1)

Customer is logged with User A.

When they are going to Activities - Calendar sub-tab and choose the resource User B, the Create Appointment button is enabled, as expected.

But when they are choosing the resource User C the same button is greyed out.

According to customer, user C has the following profile value set to user level - NO: ZMM_ACTIVITY_SHARE_ALL_APPT_DETAILS.

Also, User A was added to "Additional Calendar Sharing Levels with Specific Resources" of User C.

Why is this happening?
