Unable To Select Account in Outlook Contacts Form - Account Field shows <deleted> (Doc ID 2194467.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Outlook Contacts - Account Field not populating

When entering an account into Outlook the Account field search for sales cloud has a permanent "<delete>" in the open search which cannot be deleted. The account is able to be searched but not selected. Even though user selects the account and press OK, it does not show up on the create contact form. Field still shows as <delete>

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to search and select account from 'Search in Sales Cloud'

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Open contact in Outlook.

2. For Account field, click on Search icon and 'Search in Sales Cloud'

3. Search for account and click OK

4. Account does not get selected in Contact form.
