Unable To Use OAuth Token for Sites Domain (Doc ID 2194522.1)

Symptoms

OAuth Token is not working with Sites.
--------------------------------------------------
Unable to execute below REST API by passing "OAuth Token" header.
https://<domain>.sites.us2.oraclecloud.com/documents/api/1.1/folders/self

Valid logged in user token is obtained using IDC service
https://<domain>.sites.us2.oraclecloud.com/documents/web?IdcService=GET_OAUTH_TOKEN

Using the documentation link https://docs.oracle.com/cloud/latest/documentcs_welcome/WCDRA/Authorization.html
and passed "Authorization Bearer <Token_Value>" but "401 Authorization error" is seen

However, same OAuth Token can be used to execute below REST API:
https://<domain>.documents.us2.oraclecloud.com/documents/api/1.1/folders/self
