User is getting following error when trying to upload work definition using ADFDI:

ERROR
You must create a work definition version to add a new operation because it is not future effective.


Steps Performed

1) Navigate to Manufacturing -> Work Definition
2) Select task "Manage Work Definitions in Spreadsheet"
3) Enter data in ADFDI spreadsheet and click upload
