How to import a Sales Account Team

On : version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

When attempting to add new resources in the Account Team, via import, the following error occurs:

Please give a value for attribute ZCA_S_ACCT_RESOURCES_FK1.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup and Maintenance -> Manage File Import Activities;
2. Use the following import file:
100000000456408,100000000480006,ACCOUNT MANAGER,300
100000000456409,100000000480006,ACCOUNT MANAGER,300
100000000456410,100000000480006,ACCOUNT MANAGER,300

3. Use the following mapping:

Due to this issue, users cannot add new resources to the Account team, via import.
