Incentive Compensation Analyst Cannot Escalate Dispute Because a Manager is not Assigned to Them (Doc ID 2194859.1)

Symptoms

Issue description:

When an Incentive Compensation Analyst is trying to escalate a dispute from the BPM Work list they receive the error :

 

Issue Verification

Issue is occurring when an OSC user that is an IC Analyst accesses the application and performs following steps:

  1.  From Home Page press on the Notifications Icon (top right corner);
  2.  Select the Incentive Compensation related notifications;
  3.  Select Incentive Compensation Dispute from list;
  4.  Either click on Actions button and select ESCALATE or open Dispute record and click on Escalate.
