Incentive Compensation Analyst Cannot Escalate Dispute Because a Manager is not Assigned to Them

When an Incentive Compensation Analyst is trying to escalate a dispute from the BPM Work list they receive the error :
Issue is occurring when an OSC user that is an IC Analyst accesses the application and performs following steps:
- From Home Page press on the Notifications Icon (top right corner);
- Select the Incentive Compensation related notifications;
- Select Incentive Compensation Dispute from list;
- Either click on Actions button and select ESCALATE or open Dispute record and click on Escalate.
