After create a pending worker (or import from Taleo), the user cannot go into the Pending Worker record to make any changes.
All I seem to be able to do is Convert (where I can make changes) or Quick Convert.
There is an action/reason on the Pending Worker record that user wants to be able to modify (not ready to do a convert) to trigger sending that pending record to be included in an interface to Security, but the user cannot find any way to edit it.
That also seems to mean the user can't correct anything on the pending worker record.
The user has looked in the user guides, and all they talk about is converting to a hire.
The user doesn't want that process to occur until closer to the actual hire date to perform the convert.
