Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Functionality

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Mobilytics are showing no data

The customer has been unable to view any data in Mobilytics since their R11 upgrade this past weekend. He has tried with users that worked successfully prior to the R11 upgrade. Screenshots of Pipeline Analyser, Forecast Shaper, Deal Radar, Aging Monitor
are submitted.

Customer has run the Schedule Process "Refresh Denormalized Time Dimension Table for BI", without success.

Mobilytics should show data in reports

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Customer logs into Mobilytics app.
2. No customer data is visible.

Due to this issue, users cannot view any reports in Mobilytics
